Our goal is to ensure the safety and health of our patients and staff during this pandemic. Horizon Home Care has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and we are in close contact with key state agencies to receive the most current and accurate guidance. We receive direct and continuous updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH), and Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) and are following all recommended procedures.

Our top priority is to keep our patients and staff safe, and we are using all available preventative measures to do so. We are well prepared to continue providing quality care to our patients, have capacity to admit more patients in need, and have added additional screening protocols in place.
